Matt Slifkin is the Sales & Label Relations Director for Independent Record Pressing (IRP). A Climate Neutral Certified brand, based in NJ, IRP makes records. With a career dedicated to advocating for independent artists – across multiple facets within the music industry, Matt has led staff and held positions across sales, marketing, label management/artist services and operations.

About IRP: 
Independent Record Pressing (IRP) was founded in 2015 in Bordentown, NJ by Dave Hansen (Exceleration Music) and Ben Swanson, Chris Swanson & Darius Van Arman (Secretly Group) along with Red Light Management.
Founded with the vision to support and press records for independent labels, IRP currently operates a total of nine new 12” presses, producing 140g-180g records.
IRP has proudly manufactured millions of records, including some of the most important and highly regarded albums in the world.
A small example of artists pressed at IRP include Alabama Shakes, Bad Religion, Big Thief, Bon Iver, De La Soul, Decendents, Elliott Smith, Fela Kuti, Iron Maiden, J Dilla, Kamasi Washington, Mavis Staples, Phoebe Bridgers, Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, Ray Charles, The National, Tim McGraw, Tom Waits and many more.
