About me
Tony started his career at Disc Makers way back in 1987, when the company was a vinyl pressing plant in Philadelphia. In the decades since, Tony has navigated Disc Makers through many technology cycles – from vinyl to CD to CD-R, and later to downloads and streaming (through the company’s ownership of CD Baby from 2008 to 2019). Today as the company’s CEO, Tony has brought Disc Makers back full circle into vinyl services with his usual focus on independent and emerging artists. Thanks to its market leadership in affordable small pressing runs – made possible by Disc Makers’ in-house lacquer cutting, plating, and jacket printing – Disc Makers has quickly become one of the USA’s top issuers of new vinyl releases.
